Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@madhoneyeurope.com before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a return and full refund.
Return Conditions
For our commercial 30-day guarantee, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. For your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may be returned even if opened, though we may make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@madhoneyeurope.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form, though this is not required.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment — whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Return Shipping
For statutory withdrawal returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective items, we cover all return shipping.
